Prize submissions are now open for GSBC 2019 April 5-29.
We are from Bandung, one of the finest cities in Indonesia. As a part of laboratories from Telkom University, The I-Satellite Society will bring our eyes to the sky to see the insight beauty of The Earth. We aim as we develop Nanosatellite as well with the Near Space Balloon Project. Utilising High Altitude Balloon as a platform to test our payload which will be applied for our nanosatellite.
Our mission is planning to test a launch a High Altitude Balloon at beginning in 2015. As it will be successful, we are in progress for testing our nanosatellite payload and to gain a comprehensive research for our experiment and analyse the results. The experiment will be like taking images and measuring air in the high altitude atmosphere. The data will be collected and transmitted to our Ground Segment (GS). We will trace our platform and the data with real-time-based GUI in the GS. We also attached the GPRS module to keep track the HAB, with our phone and the HAB is equipped with the mini dv video camera to obtain a recorded video.
We should join this GSBC because we think it is a brilliant way to engage our research to make this event as our media to test our HAB project which is equipped with our nanosatellite payload prototype. And also we are spanning our wings to be a part of this global challenge and we seek to gain some fun experiences to promote people to get any space knowledge in many forms as a media for education.
