ESF Goes to Space
State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry - Syracuse, United States

Team Description

We're a group of environmental science and engineering students in Syracuse, NY. Our HAB design is the end-goal of a one-credit course we're all enrolled in called "ESF Goes to Space."

Plan for launch

We're doing far more than simply taking Radioshack-quality photos of the Earth's surface from the atmosphere. Through the use of Raspberry Pi and radio transceiver technologies, we're designing a series of remote sensing vessels that push the limits of modern technology.

Why did you join?

We joined because we think this is a remarkable experience and we want to share it with the international community. Additionally, we want the opportunity to learn and grow from reading and learning about the deisgns that others teams are implementing.
