We are from the Department of Earth and Space Sciences at the University of Washington. We plan to launch this payload during a high altitude balloon launch competition sponsored by the Confederate Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation in Umatilla Oregon.
We plan to launch a high altitude balloon that has a payload capable of capturing altitude, pressure, and temperature. The payload will also have video capabilities. This will be launched during the eclipse to capture a video of the Sun's shadow moving over the Earth
This competition will allow me to apply for grant funding to produce the 360 degree video capable payload
